We are launching a new program to support Ukrainian artists!
In 2024, we will award scholarships and provide expert support to 5 Ukrainian writers and journalists who will research and popularize the phenomena of Ukrainian culture.
We believe that the topic of Ukraine needs to appear in the media not only in the context of war. We want to show the diversity and long history of Ukrainian culture through the prism of the most interesting figures and artistic groups. We will publish articles describing this topic in the media of the Visegrad Group countries, as well as in English on the Global Voices portal and in Ukrainian on Sensor.ua. We also plan to create a series of podcasts.
The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
